The Rain water is the origin of Water Resources, when raining the rain water flow from the Kurinchi to Mullai and to Marutham. In Marutham the stored Water makes the Tank, by which Paddy is cultivated there. In Mullai Livestock keeping is the Job of the People live in the Mullai region. It is also the semi-aried region. Excess water flowing to the sea, which is called Neithal region. These activities enhance the Eco system.Nowadays Farmers cultivate more water consuming crops in every part of the Land. It lead to exhaust the ground water and make the Land as impotent which cause to desert(Palai thinai) in future.

Chief Executive Officer
D. J. Chandramohan is the CEO of the company. From the childhood, he got love and affinity and understanding of Animals and Plants and Nature which pulled him back from a good position in a prominent journal to itself. After his increased Passion and Profound knowledge he pioneered many ideas in Agriculture. He started Rain water harvesting some 30 years ago, flora and fauna conservation, etc.
He Prophetically and Prophylactically think and write about Agriculture, Biodiversity and Monsoon. He wrote in many journals and few books on various agri related topics. He continuously spread agro awareness among farmers and government for decades. Morethan 2 decades he is insisting on Collective Farming, Land Consolidation, flora and fauna conservation, water harvesting, etc. And he dedicated his life for the upliftment of Agri culture, Biodiversity and Farmers. The company is blessed to have him as CEO.

In which the Company take the Land from Farmer members as Life time Lease and give them yearly Lease amount and also give them Profit Dividend for their paid up share capital. In this system the Boundaries are removed and the Pieces of Lands are gathered together and comes to the Consolidation.
